Treatment Areas

Three Core Specializations

More than just "likes," specializations here refer to domains where advanced training and experience are standard, involving thousands of face-to-face hours in each domain, supervision, and ongoing education and training.

OCD (and Anxiety)

The Gold Standard treatment for OCD is a subset of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).  Find out more on our page OCD Resources.

Addiction

Addiction is complex to understand, involving multiple layers of treatment for success.  Having strong assessment along with evidence-based practices in a provider who understands the multi-faceted nature of Addiction is crucial.  Find out more on our page Addiction Resources.

General Mental Health

We do not need to be defined by illness.  The average client seen in the practice has a "comorbid" diagnosis (two or more).  With a broad scope of topics successfully addressed in the practice, you will get attentive focus on every area of importance- or a referral if it needs separate specialization.  See "General Experience" below.
Mental Health goes way beyond doing one thing really well.  The following topics and comorbidities are areas where, though not specialties, still have significant treatment experience.  If you ever need a more specialized resource in an area, you will receive the best referrals available to make sure you get appropriate treatment.
